Journey Guiding

Actively holding a sacred blend of inner listening, healing, and integration, I guide with attuned, safety‑focused presence. I maintain an intentional, adaptive space that responds to you in real time so your system can do what it already knows how to do. Spirit‑medicines can open a door to the subconscious—where emotions, memories, and core truths live—so you can meet yourself in ways talk alone often can’t reach. And real healing isn’t one‑and‑done; it unfolds with preparation, skillful guidance, and integration. My role is to help you translate insight into embodied, daily change, as part of a supportive care team.

“I felt completely held, safe, and seen. Martha is a rare gem who brings deep presence, intuition, and care to every moment. I was able to access profound insights and release pain I’ve carried for decades.”

What I Offer (Moment‑to‑Moment)
  • Energetic guardianship (adaptive). I build and maintain a protective field—tailored to you—so you feel safe to go with the medicine.

  • Attuned presence. I track breath, sound, micro‑expressions, posture, temperature shifts—staying with you every second.

  • Co‑regulation. I help your nervous system unwind and reorganize.

  • Somatic tools, chosen in the moment. With consent, I may incorporate reflexology, blankets, positional support, or crystals when they’re clearly supportive to your system.

  • Meaning‑making without imposition. After the journey, I reflect on what I notice and invite your own inner knowing to lead. I also take notes on things said or done during the session to use later during integration.

Every Journey is Unique

I don’t apply a fixed protocol or the same “energy shape” to everyone. I listen for what your body asks for and shape the space accordingly—energetically and physically. For one person, that might be steady grounding and quiet presence; for another, breath and sound; for another, a supportive object (for example, petrified wood was used in one session to help release intergenerational trauma). These are examples, not promises—the work is for you, in that moment.

A Thoughtful Blend of East & West

This offering weaves modern research (e.g., contemporary studies on psychedelic‑assisted therapy) with embodied practices. When appropriate, I incorporate reflexology—a gentle, non‑verbal way to soothe and support your nervous system, help emotions move, and keep you connected to your body. As medicines open the inner landscape, reflexology brings balance and regulation to the soma. Together, they honor that healing happens on many levels.

Set & Setting: Creating a Safe, Sacred Space

“Set” is your mindset; “setting” is the environment. Both are essential. My space is calm, quiet, and nurturing. Your comfort, emotional safety, and well‑being are the priority. I use carefully curated, clinically informed music to support a meaningful experience.

Safety & Eligibility

This work is rooted in trust, consent, and clear communication. It’s not for everyone, and that’s okay. To keep you safe, this offering is available to those who:

What Journey Guiding with Me Looks Like

Practitioners have diverse styles. Here’s what mine emphasizes:

  • A safe, intentional field that stays responsive to you

  • Deep, continuous attunement—no distractions

  • Breath, sound, gentle prompts, and pacing to support your process

  • Grounded, steady stewardship from start to finish

If this resonates, we’re likely a good fit.

My Qualifications

Holding space for a journey requires presence, steadiness, and informed care. I bring:

  • Facilitating Psychedelic Experiences (Maps of the Mind): preparation, safety, integration, non‑directive support

  • Microdosing Mastery (Maps of the Mind): intentional low‑dose use for resilience, creativity, and healing

  • 20+ personal spirit‑medicine journeys, offering grounded understanding of these states

  • Traditional ayahuasca retreat at Gaia Sagrada (Ecuador)

  • Medical training: M.D. with 10 months in hospital/clinic settings (I don’t practice medicine; I carry that literacy into safety and planning)

My aim is a safe, grounded, compassionate space—one that respects your pace and your wisdom.

Clear Scope & Boundaries
  • I do not supply, source, or handle substances.

  • I do not diagnose, prescribe, or provide medical/psychiatric care. This is educational, somatic, and supportive work for personal growth.

  • Touch is consent‑based and can be retracted at any time.

  • Confidentiality is respected.

A Typical Flow
  1. Preparation — clarify intention, review history/contraindications, set boundaries & touch preferences, establish signals, practice breath/sound tools.

  2. Opening — arrive, ground, orient; I set the field (earth below, sky above).

  3. Journey — you lead from within; I track and support with attuned presence.

  4. Closure — orient to the room, hydrate, eat light food, name what matters now.

  5. Integration (later date)— simple, embodied actions to weave insights into daily life (with follow‑ups as needed).

Is This For Me?

Choose this approach if you want a deeply held, somatic‑forward, energetically clean space with a guide who’s present — and who helps translate insight into lived change.

From preparation to post integration, Martha's warm, thoughtful and knowledgeable support helped me to feel informed, prepared, and cared for through this entire process. Martha possesses the unique ability to understand the individual and provide various modalities of support along the path. Her guidance was enormously helpful for me to focus on relaxing and thoroughly experiencing something that I can only describe as beautifully transformative.
